my way is to refine once, resolve and compare the results, but smethimes the errors are very local (stress concetration or E field concetration around sharp edges) then an adaptive meshing refinement is often better than a global refinement&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Thre should be a residual variable somewhere too, check in the doc&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
