Hi Mod,&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
am now working on the 3D - semi-ellipsoid or better called as half ellipsoid.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
once done with that i will revert back regarding the meshing proces for curved  structures.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
thanks for your input, i will be using free mesh to start with&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

Read carefully the doc on meshing, but I do not beleive you can easily set up a &amp;quot;mapped mesh&amp;quot; on curved surfaces&lt;br /&gt;&#13;

I am not able to mesh the ellipse and a line on the edge of the ellipse but i am able to do the same mapped mesh parameter for a line attached to the rectangle.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
suggestions plz.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
find time to check the attachment file,plz&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
