Failed to find consistent initial values

Hi,

I have problem of "fail to find consistent initial values".
My model is to simulate the DC breakdown of mineral oil, the analyze type is transient, the application modes are electrostatics, convection and diffusion and convection and conduction.
All the boundary conditions are defined, I have tried all types of mesh, all I got "fail to find consistent initial values".

Could anyone help me with that?
my model is in the attach file.
