Semiconductor Device Physics Simulation with COMSOL Multiphysics®

Tune into this webinar to learn about the Semiconductor Module, an add-on product to the COMSOL Multiphysics® software that is dedicated to semiconductor device physics simulations.
In the Semiconductor Module, the conventional drift-diffusion formulation is provided for direct current, small-signal, and transient analyses of diodes and transistors. Multiphysics couplings allow the modeling of optoelectronic devices, ion-sensitive field-effect transistors, thermal effects, and more. In addition, the ready-made Schrödinger Equation and Schrödinger-Poisson multiphysics interfaces are available for quantum wells, wires, and dots.
During this presentation, we will give a brief overview of the features and application areas of the Semiconductor Module. We will also give a live demonstration of a solar cell model, followed by a Q&A session.
